The Graduate Medical Education Department at North Florida Regional Medical Center is pleased to welcome fourth year medical students to campus.
How to Apply
All applications and required documentation are submitted online. If you are applying for a roation in the 2018-19 school year, you will need to apply using VSLO. If you are applying for a rotation in the 2019-20 school year, you will need to apply and submit all paperwork on ClinicianNexus.
Application Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Immunization records
- COMLEX and/or USMLE Scores (Step I & Step II as applicable)
- CV or resume
- Background check
- Badge Request Form
- Implementation Letter (provided by school)
Application documents may vary by program. Complete applications are reviewed in order of recipt and evaluated by the Program Director and Program Coordinator. To be considered, applicants must be in good standing and meet all requirements as determined by the program.
The ClinicianNexus site will be launched by mid-January 2019.
Students may rotate in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Psychiatry. Our Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program will not be offering medical student rotations at this time.
Parking is provided at no charge and students are often encouraged to attend didactics and conferences with our residents.
